Our research begins with the discovery of one person's potential.

For a long time we have judged people by grades and credentials, by qualifications and career history. Which school someone graduated from, which certificates they hold, which company hired them — these have served as the decisive measures of a person's potential.

Yet human potential is not so easily explained in numbers.

Everyone has their own strengths, their own pace, and their own values. We believe that only when a person finally discovers those values can they bring their potential fully to bear.

Society today is changing especially fast. Technology advances without pause, the shape of work keeps shifting, and the knowledge and skills once taken for granted are no longer enough to anticipate the future.

The people this era calls for are not those who simply know a great deal, but those who understand who they are and who can reflect on themselves and find their own direction amid constant change.

Our institute began from precisely this concern.

We study career development and school-to-work transition systems from around the world, and consider how the values and principles within them can be adapted to Korea's own educational and employment context. We do not intend to stop at research: we are building practical models so that young people can discover their potential, explore their paths, and — through varied experience — find the life and the work that fit them.

I believe good education does not hand over the right answer; it helps a person arrive at their own.

It is not deciding someone's life on their behalf, but walking alongside them so that they can decide it for themselves.

When a person's path changes, it is not merely one job changing. The way they see their own life changes, the way they trust their own potential changes, and in time the way a society sees people can change as well.

We do not claim to hold every answer.

We aim instead to be an institute that never takes any single person's potential lightly — one that keeps asking, keeps researching, and keeps looking for a better way.

A society where people discover their own potential, choose their own lives, and where learning, work, and living connect naturally.

In building that society, our institute will be one small stepping stone.

We will be an institute that respects your potential and thinks alongside you about your growth.

Thank you.
